We feel that it is important that each party give at least a limited amount of information to the other in order to enable them to reach a decision to further contact each other for further questions, or to arrange a face-to-face meeting. We know from experience, that this decision to initially limit the information available is important to protect both parties, so each party does not prematurely eliminate the other, without fully investigating them in detail after a face-to-face meeting.

Confidentiality

BrokersBullpen has been designed knowing your concerns about confidentiality. Your confidentiality is protected on several levels. You can give as much, or as little information in your career listing as you wish.

For example: you may be investigating opening a satellite office, and you want to find out how many new stockbrokers, or sales assistants would be available in that area. In this case you may not want to list your company name in your ad. BrokersBullpen gives you the ability to run a Blind Ad

In other cases you may choose to incorporate in your ad a full description of the career opportunity that you have at your branch location including (but not limited to) Career Location, Full Description of Career Opportunity, Licensing Required, etc. It’s up to you how much information to provide.

Through BrokersBullpen you can search our database to find brokers, and sales assistants, which specifically meet your needs. For stockbrokers such information as (but not limited to) Years in the Business, Trailing 12 Month Production, Gross Income, etc. may be viewed for each listing. For sales assistants such information as (but not limited to) Years in the Business, Gross Income, and Licensing Required etc. may be viewed.

Once you have found a candidate to investigate further, you can you can confidentially ask additional questions of them by using BrokersBullpen’s Confidential E-mail Service. When you e-mail them using Brokers Bullpen’s Confidential E-mail Service, neither party will be able to see the other’s e-mail address in the header of the e-mail, so the candidate will not know your e-mail address unless you specifically give it to them.

Another unique feature of BrokersBullpen is the recruiting staff that we are establishing to promote BrokersBullpen in your state, and area. Whenever a Prime Broker joins BrokersBullpen in an area that is not currently covered by BrokersBullpen, one of our recruiting staff will attempt to contact the Broker/Dealer's in the Prime Broker’s area to introduce BrokersBullpen to them. The more Broker/Dealer's on BrokersBullpen in your area, the greater the odds of the Prime Broker finding a viable career opportunity through BrokersBullpen.

What would your Broker/Dealer do without a sales force?

When you register as an Employer with BrokersBullpen there is a registration fee of $2500 dollars. Part of this fee is to compensate our valuable recruiting staff, and covers other marketing expenses in your area. Part of the fee may go to the Prime Broker, or Prime Sales Assistant, and other referral sources that refer highly qualified stockbrokers, and sales assistants to you through BrokersBullpen

Hiring Fee


When you hire a broker through BrokersBullpen you pay us a Hiring Fee of 3.00% of the broker’s prior trailing twelve (12) month verified Gross Production. The minimum Hiring Fee for brokers is $2,500.00.
